1. Eligibility: Returns can be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused, clean, undamaged and kept in its original packaging.
2. Return shipping cost:
• If return is caused by our error (wrong item, missing goods, quality defect), we will cover the return shipping fee.
• If you return the item for personal reasons, you are responsible for the international return shipping cost.
3. Items with stains, scratches, signs of use or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
4. Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Refund will go back to your original PayPal payment account.
5. For damaged or missing items upon receipt, please send us photos within 3 days after parcel delivery for verification.
